I answered today and the first thing I said was 'This is about the seventh call I've had from this number' and he just glossed over it and started his pitch. Told him I'm 85 miles away in Gloucestershire but suggested the cost of travel is an investment and worth it! I'm like 'you bloody pay for it then!' Asked personal questions - do I have kids etc. Not interested.

Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off. I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.

I asked her to remove my details from their system twice and she refused to acknowledge me, and instead kept insisting I?d had some kind of accident. When questioned she said they got my details from HSE, but put the phone down on me when I questioned further.
