As others, I have received numerous calls from this number, twice messages have been left from an obviously recorded/robotic voice pertaining to be an HMRC Officer - first time from Bristol, second from London. Threatening action but without saying what for. Ignore the message and block the number.

This number is just a number to call to pay your car insurance premium. Mine didn't go through due to issues with my card and I received a text to say please phone this number. Not a scam.
Even though I have blocked and sent “stop” this number continues to send... the number 60441 doesn’t even show up on my phone and I still get charged £2 a time. ! This has cost me £10 this month. I have true caller on my IPhone and I have recently added a message filter so that I don’t receive anymore but I doubt if this will stop them getting through. If they still continue to get through I will be very cross.
