My Pixel phone flashed red for scam call so I didn't answer. Checked the no. on this site & am grateful to previous contributors. The no. is now blocked.

Called re pension refund of £1000 if aged under 60. Press 5 to obtain details. Get asked to agree to a "consultant" calling back. I asked if this was a sales call and was advised not. I started to say that the last time this happened it was a sales call and they hung up!
Was rung 30 November at one o clock. "Hello, I m Alex, calling on behalf of your internet provider." I immediately put the phone down. Obviously a scam!
Received call this morning ,caller asked our name to make sure he had the right telephone number which we thought was suspicious, we didn t answer.
