7/3/2018 Guy phoned from a company called DAG he had an English accent but was making enquiries about the cover on my washing machine ( which we had with D & G originally,but it has not been renewed for a few years. I never gave him any details, but he slipped up when he said Hotpoint washing machine. I said we have never owned a Hotpoint, he then immediately put the phone down. From reading other peoples comments about this company he would have then gone on to take more details ie Bank etc., but I am not

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14138002xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls - Scottish Power, debts and loans... I kept him on the phone for 5 mins, let him go through his talk. told him I had 4 computers, and asked which one had the virus. speechless. the he said all of them. I then told him I worked in I.T and I fix computers for a living. and asked him where he was from. he said Leicester. as I live 20 mins from where he said he was, I told him I was coming to see him. he panicked and put the phone down.
