Call was apparently from this number. However it does not exist when you try to call it. Must be criminal, or why would anybody go to the trouble of setting up a fictitious number when cold calling? Why can't Ofcom do something serious about such activity?
SCAM/FRAUD - automated message saying it is HMRC and there is an arrest warrant out for my arrest for tax evasion. Press 1 to make payment... Needless to say, it is now a blocked number on my phone.

Repeatedly called my mother at 3 minute intervals, hung up after 1:18 exactly each time (TrueCall anti-scam box played message to say to phone carer and rejected call, but they have not phoned carer's number) ... on ringing the number back, a phone company message states "This number is not recognised".
Got a text message from Lloyds. A payment was attempted blah blah blah. Scam!
