Genuine United Utilities notifying of burst water main in local area. Corresponds with emails reporting the same issue at the same time.

Called thanking me for taking out RAC cover - knew my name. I said i did not have - nor have ever had - RAC breakdown cover. Said there was probably a fault on their system and hung up. suspicious
Missed call when my mobile phone was in a different room. I did not call back as I've no contacts in that area and assumed it was a fishing or malicious call. Checked here but found there had been no previous comments for this number.
