Caller said she was from BT Openreach, calling concerning my internet connection. I said "no thankyou" and put the phone down.
I m averaging two cals a day from these callers with heavy indian accents variously called Mike Smith, Kevin and Dave they say they are from Surrey and want me to get on my computer because it has been infected with malicious software, and my virus protectin has been compromised. I asked for their number and got this 01905 number. Avoid like the plague.
Had a missed call almost every day from this number for the last three week,call times vary, from 10am up to 7pm. When I called the number I was put through to Scottish Gas answer service.

He gave a licence number & wanted me to get on line to check it was the same as my computer s so he then could stop the hacker rather than having to shut my computer down. He then gave me his number to call back, got very forceful when I didn t and again when I said didn t have time to do it. Told him he was rude and hang up. Microsoft have nothing to do with this.
