Caller claimed to know there was a problem with our broadband when in fact no problem existed - called three times, now blocked.

Called me 10.25 on 30/05/15, music playing. Added to my called barred list on my handset. I dialled the number and found "number not in service" message.
ive had a message left on my phone asking me to call them urgently. with a case ref of 8778199 had no idea who or what it was for until now. But not in any debt so do not understand how they got my number and why they have called me
I think this could be a scam as it was a text supposed to be from Hermes saying I had missed e delivery, I was in all the time and no one called

Did not answer call. Female voice. Recorded scam message left saying our internet connection compromised.
This lady calls me every day, she even called me at 11pm at night. She is harrasing me!!!

According to many websites, it is reported to be O2. This number calls me a lot and I choose not to answer.

Rang asking if I still had nuisance calls. Indian guy whose name was Mark! Told him I didn t believe him. He said all nuisance calls would stop as they were fixing it. I told him I would believe it when I saw it and hung up. He knew my name which is worrying.
