Have had several calls from this number, but it was blocked by BT and didn t get through.
Robot pretending to be from national crime agency said they want to suspend my NIN because of illegal criminal activity. Said to press 1 to speak with an agent. It's a way of scam, a way of harvesting NIN.

Clearly an attempt to sell advice on fraudulent insurance claim following a traffic accident. Sounds like the usual Indian lady claiming to be the Accident Investigation Department
