Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. SCAM E-Mail, I believe this e-mail to be a scam. Informed me that my Currys PC protection plan is up for renewal @ £499.99. The phone number that they suggest I ring to talk about the renewal or cancellation is +44 1348 881008 this on checking, is a company in Dudley, using a [email protected] address. I may be wrong but I don't have any service plans with Currys and I think their e-mail address would include some reference to currys.
Obvious fraud. They claim to be from o2, wanting to save you money. They actually use o2s own "forgotten password" link do send you a message directly from o2, with a code that they can use to access your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS CODE!

I think this is a scam caller. The number did not leave a voicemail. I notice that other people within the last few mins before me have been looking the number up so seems like a lot of calls from this number to people just now.

Spam. Trying to get you to agree to a survey to sell insulation. Cold caller telling you your loft insulation fibre is coming through your ceiling into your lungs. Asked what insulation they are recommending and he hung up.
SCAM prerecorded message accusing of tax fraud. Sensing a scam I hung up before hearing more and went to search for who the number came from but found nothing.
