Automated message claiming I have a tax fraud case against me.
Fraud
I received a call from this number with an automated message saying that my National Insurance Number was at risk of being stopped -- erk, ok(!) It then prompted me to press 1 to speak to someone from a "Security Agency" to resolve it -- yeah, I don't think so somehow! I just hung up after that and blocked the number. Do not answer -- sounds dodgy as hell!

Called the number back, and yes customer is with talktalk and they had call screening in place. It seems a call centre is using this number as a mask to make calls from the internet, and therefore when you call the number back you don't get them but an innocent talk talk customer.

I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Took ages for them to connect the call. Some rubbish about Microsoft- instantly hung up.
SCAM purports to be from Sky Media but the call is about my "Internet Connection which appears fine but isn't as multiple people are trying to access it right now" what utter BS! He was told as much as well, maybe if these conmen weren't struggling to read their scripts and calling supposed customers 'dude' and 'mate' it would be slightly more believable, utter scumbags... I hope they get traced and fined!
