This is one of those phishing calls pretending to be from hmrc and telling you that you’re being investigated for tax fraud. They tell you that there’s an arrest warrant out for you.
SCAM INTERNET Person claimed to be BT Openreach saying internet connection problem. Required list of devices in the house and access to computer. I have reported it.

You were called by Plymouth Gas. He is likely calling you to arrange an appointment to carry out work in your home, on behalf of your landlord. Trusted and genuine.
Telemarketing
This number belongs to a Savings and investment company. Was very bad reception on the call but the company name started with the word Scottish. I couldn t make out the rest.
I have had a number of calls from this number or one with a similar area code and have answered a few times and got no response. I do not bother picking up anymore.
