They had called on many occasions and i just ignored the call as it seemed a bit suspicious but decided to answer it eventually as they just wouldnt give up. They said there was a possible PPI Claim to be made but i didnt have any of the things they listed

Called on my mobile and as soon as I answered they hung up. As soon as I hung up, my landline rang with an unavailable number (possibly coincidence, possibly not) .. it also went dead as soon as I answered.
Caller claimed, falsely, to know that my computer was sending her error messages. I told her I did not believe her, but did not get as far as identifying exactly what sort of scam was involved. Number retrieved from 1471 is probably false, being from a Protected block in Leicester, though it is also potentially a New Delhi number.
