So my mum told me about this call she had received, Calls Complaint Service, it would cost her £3 a month. She gave out some information, but not her address or bank details, though they were after my dads details, she told them he is in hospital. She has received this letter confirming this this morning and confirming that the money would be taken from her account. I don't think they have the bank details, not sure what to do next.
