Missed call I just got to the phone in time for it to stop ringing. Not a recognised number, not in my contacts list, not from anywhere that I know anyone. I therefore conclude someone was trying to scam me.
Just a very simple incoming call. I answered within 1 ring and it goes dead. You ring back and it cuts you off. Dont answer in future I guess and block the number.

Received a text from this mobile number claiming to be First Direct Bank, with a link. Apparently my account has been suspended, tap link to verify activity. I am not with First Direct and why would a bank be texting anybody? These texts with links are designed to trick us into installing scamming software on our phones. Please do not tap on these links. Go to your bank through the normal method to check.

SCAM / SPAM Call with a automated voice claiming there is a HMRC fraud registered under your name telling you to dial 1 to talk to someone if you look up the number you will find it also registered as a Chinese number China. Guangzhou City and will incur charges if you press 1.
Telemarketing - Number called my landline. Indian male called 'Mike' greeted me by my name without saying where he was calling from or asking if I was who he thought I was. I asked where he was calling from and he said he was calling from U Benefits. Told him the person he thought he was talking to had passed away 6 months ago, he gave his apologies and hung up
