Received a couple of calls over the last two days from this number - missed calls on my mobile. Entered the number into search engine and found these comments - very useful. I too have just put details into Aviva and a short term car insurance cover company - and these calls started immediately - funny that! Now I ve seen comments - will just ignore number

Call from India (using a UK landline number to confuse) said they were calling about problems I had with windows on my computer. I said no thank you but suspect the next part would be get me to login/give them details etc - Avoid - harassment at best and a scam at worse

A marketing company making cold calls

Had to have this number blocked. Seems like it s on autodial to ring half a dozen times at any time of the day or night & sounds like it s trying to send a fax. No joke to be woken at 4am in the morning & have to pull your phone out the wall to stop this ringing! I d like to get my hands on whoever owns this number

Persistent calls at least once a day in spite of my written message to identify themselves or STOP calling.

Scammer with South Asian accent pretending to need to clear a virus from my computer (as previously noted). Clearly spoofed the number because calling back gets you the "number unobtainable" solid beep.
