SCAM - I got a text saying I had missed a parcel delivery from the Post Office, funny as I am expecting a parcel today, but it is NOT the Post Office who is delivering it. Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.
