Began as a very pleasant conversation with a Welsh woman who pretended that she d called the wrong number by mistake. Suddenly began trying to sell me something to do with heating, it was a real shock! Never had this type of wicked, surreptitious, sneaky cold call before! I instantly said "oh you STUPID woman; if you wanted to sell me something, why play games like this!" to which she began an abusive retort and I hung up. Infuriating.
