When called there is an exchange message: "The number you have dialed has not been recognised. Please check and dial again." Same applies to 07500 820174 and 07500 820176.
Claims to be from Orange business support, but when you call it back its not a recognised number. Caller was adamant from Orange

Had over 50 texts in the last two days from these people dispute blocking each number they keep getting through with different numbers. All with different websites but all run by sandhurst. Everyone needs to report them to the Fsa and off com it s the only way it will be felt with. Everytime you get a text or email from them report them they will get fined if everyone does it
