Just hung up when I answered so can't give any further info about them as yet.
Offering to block unwanted calls but could not explain how it supposedly worked, and he gave up and rang off!
I had a scam BT open reach which appeared to be from this number. This number is in North East Scotland so probably spoofed by the spammers.

I d seen the comments on this site so when I answered I challenged her. She asked how much I topped up and I said well if you were vodafone you d know that. She blustered on and I just put the phone down and she withered on for absolutely ages, and rang back immediately. Still phoning twice a day though :(

SCAM , automated message tells you that they are wanting to verify a Visa credit card transaction and to press a number if you have not authorised it. This is a known scam. So hang up if you get this call.
