Silent call . Tried to ring back on another Phone but did not connect. I have blocked it on both Phones now.

No-one there when I picked up. Similar call from a different number later today. Have blocked both numbers but no doubt there will be others!
One of many many intrusive nuisance calls we are plagued with on a daily basis. Effectively the only thing we can do is JUST IGNORE THEM, hoping that in the longer term effective legislation is ranged against these social delinquents - fat chance of that! . It seems pointless getting "hot under the collar" about them. Sites like this are a Weapon in the fight Against them.
Anonymous, that's because this number is a virtual geographic phone number i.e. it only exists up in The Cloud, so not a proper landline number as such. With no disrespect ...
