Health Assessment Advisory Service Hastings, unsolicited call. They really need to start putting on screen who they are. As they are government contract working for DWP. They lie, cheat and take no notice. So do not expect the truth or them to do what they say. The assessors get between 42-47,000 a year to do that. Shame they do not see people as just ordinary people like themselves going through a situation that needs help.

Siad she was not selling, had personal information, said she was from Watford but had American accent. When asked where she was hung the call!

Aggressive call in American accent, claiming to be from HMRC and threatening legal action if I did not call back.

Didn't call me by name at the start of the call, and later asked for bank details. This is irrelevant to my satisfaction with BT which is what the call was supposedly about.

I received a call from this number, someone named Sarah, saying that they had a report that I had been in a recent car accident that was not my fault. I said that was not true, ...

The person has been calling many times to the President of our compnay. I am the assistant in the company, and I tired to talk with him, but he did not wan to tell the aim of conversation. Really unproffesional.
