Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618142xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance claims, financial marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

This number repeatedly called me after my husband who has alzheimers took the first call. He remembered nothing about this call but they rang again quoting all the information he had given them, when I refused to pass the phone to him they repeatedly rang me for a couple of days. eventually I reported them to the police and thought that was the end of it.
