Another cold call to a pensioner who by the time they got there and answered caller had gone!!!
Call center, called about trading shares, pushy with information to get you to involved! Not sure if real or scam!

Someone said he was calling from Sky and that they detected my internet connection was intermittent (???!)... I know customers call their providers to complain if the internet is crashing, but do they ever call customers about it???! So I hung up... he didn’t call again...

This was as spam text telling me to go to a (fake) Royal Mail website (parcel-shipping-fee.com) and pay £2 to ensure my parcel delivery could be completed. The number is genuine since it rings out or is cut off when called but no-one answers. The website looks like a genuine Royal Mail site, I did not pursue the payment links but the ancillary ones such as Welsh language and postcode finder links etc just open the main page again.
I have been receiving late morning calls from this number on my landline for the last few days. I am ex-directory and do not know anyone in Preston. I suspect that it is probably a robotic marketing call because today I answered but nobody spoke and there was no message.
