Difficult to understand but being charged twice for unknown reasons but suspicious transactions. Looked up the number online and it seemed to be from Bangalore.
Barclays bank. It is my bank and they called me from this number to remind me about an appointment. I think that they call only their client with this number.

Claim vulture. Asked me to confirm that I had been involved in a vehicle accident which was not my fault. I asked her to confirm why she was calling me illegally, and she hung up.
