Those numbers keep calling me 3 - 4 times a day this year. It was calm for a few months after I have blocked most of them but now in 2017 it is a nightmare. They call from random but similar numbers telling me I had an accident, about PPA, about finances, and all other crap. Once I block one number the call me from another one. Callers ID are from Uxbridge, Birmingham and Leeds, sometimes Manchester.
