This number just called my landline, the lady claimed that she was from Sky and that it had been reported time that my sky broadband was not performing at the correct speed. She did not confirm any of my customer details. Then she asked me what devices were connected to the broadband and instructed me to go to the p.c, so tat I could adjust the broadband settings. Claimed to have been informed that I had been in "an accident that wasn't my fault".
This No has now rung me 3 times in the last 2 days. I NEVER pick up my phone until I know who is on the other end. I will continue to say this. Buy an Answerphone. Cold callers NEVER leave a message. Message just says: "the other person has cleared". Frustrating for them. Peace of mind for you!
