SCAM Had a caller with an Indian accent claiming they were from virgin who said there was a problem with my internet connection, I stopped them and asked what my name and account details are, the caller said they didn't have that information only that there was a problem with my connection. I said if they were really from virgin you would be addressing me by my name and would know my account details, the caller then hung up on me.
