Number appears to belong to Le Pain Quotidien (and comes up as such) but definitely does not. Le Pain Quotidien have been warned that someone's spoofing their number.

My father had a call from this number with exactly the same message. He’s spent 24 hrs fretting as he’s dealing with two deceased relatives estates at the moment and found it very stressful. Clearly a scam but he was convinced it was real.
