Got a call from 01997 617418 and he said he was called “Daniel”, obviously incorrect based on accent. He said he was from Curry’s PC World! Stating he was doing mobile phone upgrades. Upon notification of the fact I had already upgraded recently he hung up.
Scam
I was reciving calls from this number and was confused when i saw it was a london chippy. I phoned them and spoke to them apparently someone is using their number to phone people they don't phone people themselves. If you receive a call from this number it is not the chippy staff calling you so be aware.
SCAM, sent a text asking when they would Get "the documents they were waiting for", with no name expecting to get people to be drawn in. Did not answer. Also my phone provider also flagged this as a scam when I received the text.

Sometimes the truth needs to be unveiled by whatsoever means necessary. Automated call telling me my card had been used twice, one for £200+ and one for £1000+. Scam. Do not trust!

I have a car for sale and someone called me saying he would be interested in the car, after I said it was no longer for sale, he started threatening me to pay him 100 pounds for the gas and the trouble. I want to clarify that I had just given him the 5 minute postcode and he should have come to see the car in about 5 hours when I was free.
Fraud
