SCAM / SPAM States it is Social Security "Officer"
called about PPI claimed their company was BPC, googled and found nothing, i suspect they are looking for info or possibly related to scam, I asked how they had my number and they get from third party company and calling everyone in UK apparently. Suppose could be genuine but if you have a PPI problem better to find a reputable company and they can give you same info.
This number phoned me this morning. I do not know the number or anything or anyone connected to Aldershot so cancelled it.

Very pushy guy would not listen at all, would not let me speak trying to sell phones and simply, wanted to know what phone I had. Never gave a company name, never gave me a chance to speak so vut him off. No clue if it was spam, scam etc but definitely worth avoiding!
Wanted to know who called from this number. Only rang once on mobile phone.

Fraud. Someone claiming to be from FCA investigating into fraudulent companies.
Had a cold call from this number concerning a claim which I hadn t made. Rang Saga on a different number and they confirmed that there had not been a claim against my policy. Neither did their rep. recognise the number I was called from. I am waiting for reassurance as to how the confusion will be ratified.
