Asked for me by name. Told me I had been informed that it was a condition of my life insurance that I must review every 12 months and that I had not done so. I asked if they could tell me who my life insurance was with and they hang up
Call preceded by text (which I was unable to reply to) saying they'd call, and wanted more information regarding my complaint. It said that if I miss the call I should ring a certain number and ask to speak to a certain person. My issue is that I have not made a complaint.
