This is a scam and I told them so. They asked if I d received my PPI refund cheque. I said that, as I don t have PPI, I knew their call was a scam and that they were to remove me from their mailing list, I stressed I was registered with TPS. Instead, I get at least 3 calls a day and just don t answer them but I want them to stop. It s harassment and a scam.

SCAM Indian call centre called claiming to be BT and said that my WiFi was being used illegally by other people without my knowledge. They even sent me texts and emails on legitimate BT numbers and email addresses. This is a very clever scam, do not fall for their scam, BT will never ask for access to your PC to 'prevent access to the WiFi' or for any other reason.
