Sarcastic and rude male just kept repeating he wanted to give me a quote for car warrenty on my car (mentioned make and model along with car reg!) Wouldn t remove my number when asked. I insisted to be put through to a human being who doesn t have attitude. I bought a washing machine and the service and delivery were great. But within a couple of hours the phone calls started. I just ignore them. It s sad that a company that gives such good service should use these tactics and blemish it s reputation.
