The person was insisting Mum has a 3 year fridge/freezer insurance, that she pays yearly & needs to pay final year. My mum doesn’t own a fridge/freezer. In the end I told her to put it in writing & send to me. I’ve got to check mum’ bank in case they’ve ever taken money. There will be legal proceedings.

There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). I replied that the contact was on the internet and he abruptly ended the call.
