this number has phoned me several times now requesting to speak to my son which i find strange because he has his own phone number and dose not live with me i have told them this but still they call me for his details (not likely)if it happens again im phoning the police

Called twice claiming to be from the BBC. Had a strong Indian accent couldn t really understand much (and I m Asian). Definitely spam.
Out of the blue we have started receiving calls from this number, every time we answer they hang up, in the passed week we have received 14 calls from them which is very frustrating Oh as I am writing this the phone has rung and there it is again, i m answering it and what a surprise someone says hi then hangs up, my husband works nights and is being disturbed during the day. I d like to know how they got the number as x directory

Female called saying she was calling about an accident I had reported. I said I hadn t reported an accident and asked where she got the information from. She said she wasn t at liberty to say, then rudely went off on one, ending with it was my fault for not opting out, before slamming the phone down. Opting out of what..? Have blocked caller.
