called and told me I had been injured in an accident in my car, I dont have one! just left phone on hold then it started giving number engaged tone.
Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.

Scammer - picks a common name (like Julie) and if you know one (as I do) they pretend Julie has a new number and tell you to delete the old number. Then they ask you to send the details i.e. names and numbers of everyone you both know - so they can be scammed (and they will as the scammers will then have names. I sent them details of Mickey Mouse, Donald Trump and the Queen. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NUMBERS OUT

When I asked how didn t he know that I may already be debt free, he said this is why he was calling! Told him I wasn t interested and added this number to my rejected calls list. Called and kept trying to tell me that I had a PPI claim due for either a credit card, over draft, loan or mortgage from 2012. None of these apply to me at all but she wouldn?t have it! Very persistent and doesn?t let you even answer the questions before talking over your again.
Type of call is fraud . I am getting texts from Barclays Bank telling me I ve done something with my account and if I don t agree then I am to call 03332001014. I guess it s a premium rate number and if I did call it regarding a text from my bank would they then proceed to try and get my bank details. I haven t called it of course but wanted to share the fact that this number is being used in a scam!

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!!
