Terrible line in a stereotypical broken Asian accented English, "Hello, this is Dan from Technical Department of BT Open Reach". Hung up when I told him he was "a lying little scumbag talking bollocks".
Got an online quote which I rejected as it was exceptionally high. Since then have received silent calls from them even after I called and asked to be removed from their list. Between their pricing and follow up service I would not ever recommend them.
Called asking for Michael. Refused to believe I was not Michael as their system had this number. Insisted on my name. Refused. Requested under GDPR to remove my number and not call again. It was met with a refusal and "If you think you are trying to scare me you are very much mistaken" so I hung up.

This number called today. My number is ex directory but they knew my name. Said they were calling about a car accident I had in the last 2.5 years. When I asked how they got that information they asked if I d had an accident. When I said no they apologised and hung up
SCAM / SPAM The caller claimed to be from Sky. He said my broadband is low and he would fix it. He wanted me to open the website http://skybox66.weebly.com/. When I challenged him, he became rude and abusive.
