The double zero at the start is an indication that the call originated abroad and the number has been spoofed to look like a UK number. Unless anyone else has had the same call ...
Waste of time survey call that failed to announce themselves in a way to recall the name, failed to provide their privacy information and rang off when details were asked. They were chasing for the RNIB/VIRGIN MEDIA and SCOTTISH POWER. If these people use this service I will not want any business with them.
