Asked him to confirm when its for and turns out it was 2020, well i, along with a lot of the population was on furlough. I asked her to remove my details from their system twice and she refused to acknowledge me, and instead kept insisting I?d had some kind of accident. When questioned she said they got my details from HSE, but put the phone down on me when I questioned further.
