Said they were from London Advisory Board, but there is a warning on that site that these calls are not from. Hung up

got two calls today for the first time, everytime I answered it hung up. First time I answered I heard laughing and chatting like in a bar but as soon as i said hi they hung up I guess they didn t realise I d answered... Second time I tried answering it just completely froze my phone then told me i had a missed call. I don t know who this is but it can t be anyone important from looking at the above comments.
