Fraud Pretending to be Amazon. If you press 1 to cancel then you will speak to a person who will ask if you use a computer or smartphone and will try and get you to visit a website. This site will download malicious software onto your computer or phone and leave you open to fraud. THIS IS NOT AMAZON!!!
