Not Virgin Media as stated by caller - it's scam.
Phone rang (mobile) and when I answered the caller rang off (ignoring my saying 'hello' . 'hello'). Annoying. Duly blocked.

Scam call claiming to be from O2. They will try to gain access to your account (Account Takeover) and add upgrades and payment plans. ie, ordering Apple Watches from your account which they will have delivered to their own address but you will essentially be paying for these! Avoid call at all costs.

Silent call

When I told I'd had a few of those in the last couple of months and I was worried that they were going to take my licence off me, but I didn't think it was my fault, even though they all said it was .... then the line suddenly went very quiet. :-)
Rang for about 4 seconds didn't get a chance to answer. Called back no answer.
Came up on my phone as suspected scam.
Unlikely to be trustworthy. Said they were from HMRC - very doubtful.
