claiming to know I had an accident and am owed money. Nasty way to try and get business. Accidents are stressful enough and it s bad to make this stuff up.
They called a few times and hung up when I answered. Then they called again saying that they needed my expiry date on my credit card. I wasted their time until they hung up.

I am afraid its fraud, called and said he has my cv details and that he has a job opportunity near me, and found my cv on reed, i am currently looking for work so didn't think anything of it, said that he will send me an email and i have to register my details to get the job description, he did ask me for my email, he had info from my cv where i used to work. Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. Have filed out their online form only to have it closed twice with an automated email saying I signed for it. I don t know if they delivered it or if they did i don t know where. Shocking.

They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them

SCAM - potential Fraud Caller advises of an unusual purchase on your Amazon Prime account - in this instance £1049 - and asks for either confirmation (respond button 1) or query (respond button 2) . Curiously they refer to a card payment with "your usual payment card" and give no confirmation such as last 4 digits. Has all the makings of seeking to get you to part with bank/credit card details. I have had over 40 calls from these people on their new number 0161 939 7225. These scammers are trying to get you to claim PPI and will not take no for an answer. They called my mobile a month ago and I strung this chap along for over 8 minutes since it was a landline to mobile call, thinking that they would pay a lot for the this scam call. This company claimed to be called Fast Claim - compensation recovery company who have apparently been informed by government agency that I have had an accident and want to claim compensation.
