I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me.
