Have had several calls from this number, when I asked where they got my number from was told the standard lie "opt-in data". They are just cold calling people with the hope of conning you - do not share your information with this outfit. What I do is when I have a spare minute I WITHHOLD my number and bombard these parasite with random calls. So If you can spare the time just keep calling these parasites back from a withheld number - see how they like it!

This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. Caller rang in the morning from the number 02532 806025. Female, who spoke with an accent from the Indian Sub-Continent. vocal hubbub in the background, so it was from a call centre. She said she was from BT, and that my internet connection had been investigated and found to have been attacked. I told her that was marvellous, and it was the best news I had had in ages. I thanked her for calling to tell me about it, and hung up. Scam. Block it.

Insurance/Spam suspected. UK Caller dialled my Swiss mobile and purported to be working on a survey for Swiss government that would take about 1 minute. I was then asked about car and life insurance, so left the call after about 2 minutes and before the 'survey' was completed.
Have told these people numerous times not interested and registered with TPS so to remove number, but makes no difference. I wish they could all be tracked down and put out of ...
