A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to TB Law, a law firm in Central London.

TPS Management Services saying that I was registered with them and that my registration would expire tomorrow. When I told them that registrations with the real TPS didn t expire, he hung up (no, really)
Sms Told me unpaid postage due claiming to be from Royal Mail. They leave cards with a reference on not spammy messages. Deleted
Calls regarding car accidents where you are not at fault. I have not been in any car accident and believe this caller is a scammer/out for money. Untrustworthy number.
