Call centre calling on behalf on UK for UNHCR (I think the company/call centre itself was called something like Angel Charity Services). They were following up on a one-off donation to see if I would set up a direct debit for a regular donation. (The call operator had my details and those of my prior donation.) It seems that Angel itself is paid for by UNHCR as part of a donations drive.

08000150159 - just spoke to halifax, this is not one of their numbers!! Had the same call, a young woman said that she was from my local branch and that she could see i was paying interest on a loan or credit card and could save me money. When i challenged her as to why she was looking at my account, she changed to "you may be paying interest on a loan" i have just called halifax fraud and it could be a phishing call, they have no notes on their system that halifax have called me, other than that it could b

SPAM, may be a con, because I use a call blocking system I don't really know, if genuine why not follow the simple instructions on my blocking system to get through to me??
I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages...
