A lady called Gemma Thompson called from this number and was quite rude. She wanted to be put through to someone immediately. She spoke very fast so I couldn't take her details down correctly, when I asked her to confirm her details, she didn't want to confirm and just insisted that I put her through. When I said that person was unavailable, she asked my name, I gave it to her and asked if there was anything I could help her with, but she just hung up the phone.
