I have no idea what s more annoying, the "cold calls" or the "silent calls". At least with the "cold calls" someone is actually there. The about of "silent calls" we are getting is ridiculous. We ve even rung BT to see if there s a fault with our phone line... No, nothing wrong with the phone line at all. Hope the idiots that ring only to put it down as soon as you answer are proud of themselves.
